Privacy and quote intake
Your request. Handled with care.
How Litco Automation uses the information you share when asking about an industrial part or service.
Information you provide
A request may include your contact details, company, product codes, quantity, destination, required date, machine context, fault descriptions and up to four equipment photos. Please send only information relevant to the equipment; avoid faces, passwords, personal documents and unrelated confidential information in photographs.
How Litco uses it
Litco uses this information to identify equipment, check availability, prepare quotations, evaluate repair or exchange options, review surplus equipment and answer technical questions. Submitting a request does not reserve stock, authorize a repair or place an order.
Storage and staff notifications
Native Indramat requests are stored in the website database, with photos kept in object storage rather than published in the product catalog. Authorized Litco staff receive request details through Microsoft 365. Photo-access links included in these messages expire after seven days; anyone holding a complete link can use it until it expires, so the links should not be forwarded outside the team. Expiring a link does not automatically delete the underlying photo.
Security checks
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information for this check. Submission-rate controls use a keyed fingerprint rather than storing a raw IP address in the rate-limit table. Image-format checks are not a guarantee that an uploaded file is malware-free.
See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Optional advertising measurement
On Indramat.com, you can choose whether to allow Google advertising measurement. Until you allow it, our advertising tag stays unloaded and our form does not send advertising conversion events. Your request and security check work regardless of this choice. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. You can change your preference using “Cookie & measurement settings” in the footer.
With your permission, Google may process browser and network information, advertising click identifiers and a saved-request reference to help attribute requests to ads. Our conversion event does not include your name, email, phone, message, product photos or an order value. We do not enable enhanced conversions or personalized advertising in this integration. A saved request is not a completed sale.
We remember your preference for up to 180 days. With measurement enabled, selected campaign parameters can stay in session storage for up to 30 days and accompany your saved request so Litco can understand its source. References to the last 100 measured requests help prevent duplicate counting. Clearing browser storage removes these local records. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
When you use the shared Litco form
If the native form is unavailable, a clearly labeled link can take you to Litco Automation’s secure request form. Only the product model, part number and request type are carried in that link. Contact details and photos must be entered on the destination form and are handled under the privacy notice shown there.
Optional company video
The About page uses a locally hosted photograph until you choose to load the Litco video. That action connects your browser to YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. YouTube may process browser, network and playback information under its own policies. You can also open the video directly on YouTube.
Questions, corrections and removal requests
To ask about stored information, correct a request or request removal, email sales@litcoautomation.com or call 210-680-9570. Include the request reference when available. Litco may need to verify the requester and review any ongoing service or recordkeeping requirements before making a change. There is no automatic deletion promise based solely on the seven-day photo-link period.
