Each route explains the configuration evidence to preserve before the unit, modules, firmware or accessories leave the machine.

Organize a MAC, MDD, MKD, MHD, MSK or 2AD motor repair, exchange or replacement request using the complete code and installed-system evidence.

Prepare a DDS, DKC, HDS, RAC, TDM, KDS or related drive repair request with module, firmware, feedback and cabinet evidence.

Prepare a TVD, TVR, HVE, HVR, HMV or KDV request with mains, DC-bus, braking, regeneration and connected-drive evidence.

Prepare a BTV, CSB or CSH control request while preserving firmware, storage, option cards, application data and interface evidence.

From the machine to the bench

Understand the fault
Combine the error display, operating symptoms and machine context with inspection of the identified unit. Preserve firmware, option labels and parameter backups before removal.
Review damaged components
Determine which components need repair or replacement and what cleaning or rebuilding is appropriate. Repairability depends on the damage and available parts.
Agree on testing and return
Confirm the work, applicable tests, timing and shipping for your unit. Ask what the bench checks cover and what still needs to be verified in the machine.
